How to find a good camera phone for cheap?

Every phone, whether it's a smart phone, slider phone, phone with or without QWERTY, you will always find digital camera already built-in. You don't have to use it. The camera lens doesn't really take up much space and cost very little to produce for the manufacturer. So, what's considered a good camera phone these days? Cellular phones are getting thinner and yet more advanced technologies are packed into such a small form factor. 2 megapixel is the minimum you should consider when buying a new camera phone. Most users will be satisfied with 3 mega pixel and that's considered a great for everyday use of photo and video. 2 megapixel is in fact very common today and will not be a major factor that affects the price of the phone. But if you want something like 5 megapixels, the phone will cost over $600 without a contract. For example, Nokia N95, which has 5 megapixel camera and 8GB internal memory, costs a whopping $700 today. With that money, you can buy a very decent laptop. However, a new service plan, along with mail-in rebates, can bring down the final cost of a camera phone to as cheap as free. For example, Samsung Eternity, which has a 3.0 Megapixel Camera, costs $400 without a contract. It will be $0 after rebate with a new 2-year service plan from AT&T.
